Interaction Belfast was established in 1988. We are approaching 27 years of work with the communities on this, the longest interface in the north. The political landscape has changed dramatically in that 27 years. This organisation has organically developed directly in relation to the needs of these communities and the vision of community activists in the area. We have developed a wide range of conflict resolution and transformation mechanisms. We have facilitated many difficult conversations between former enemies.
